Search in header not always searching over whole repository

Describe the bug
When on a search page of an entity, for example configuration=project_funding, the search form in the header only searches inside that configuration, not over the whole repository.

To Reproduce

1. go to Fundings & Projects
2. click the cerif filter under Discover - Subjects -> (https://dspacecris-community.test.4science.cloud/search?configuration=project_funding&page=1&f.subject=cerif,equals)
3. use the header search form to search for "bollini"
4. only search results inside Fundings & Projects are displayed, despite no configuration or scope in the url
5. only after refreshing the site all results show up

Expected behavior
The search form in the header should always search over everything.
