On linux, upon starting the server I get the error:
Fatal initialization error: could not get absolute path of 8c48dc68_core.apidocs(2)

Building

# from a fresh master branch checkout
$ git submodule update --init --recursive
$ ./build_clean_linux64.sh

Then start the server

$ cd build_linux64/Output/ && ./amc_server
