Map -> Submap hierarchical synchronization

The idea

Maps and submaps should allow for synchronization in a hierarchy. This way it is far easier to manage LODs where you have for example a world map with course features, then go into a continental, add more stuff there, go into a country, then province, etc. Not every map needs every level of detail rendered, but certainly every map needs the same information to reason from, so if I remove a river in a continental map it should not remain in the country and province maps.

Maybe this could be related with @mgroves01 idea of "creating a layer with web connections". I don't know a better name. But I think this connections could connect one place in the map with an object that is a file that contains a submap.

Could be interesting if possible.
The "coordination" and editing of one feature in different files (in the example in post 1: removing the river) is more on the side of science fiction, but is cool too.

@LordMartron94, large ai-made features are usually badly designed. If you can ensure a good design and clean human-refactored code, then it's another topic. But we would need to start with PRD, not with implementation.

Exactly, I assumed something like that. This is why for now I'll just keep it as my own locally maintained version.

I will see if I can do that later today or tomorrow. That should be do-able. Do you want one PRD for all the QoL + bigger features I have currently implemented in my fork, or just a specific one, or all of them in separate PRDs?
