Add pinned GitHub repos section at the bottom of the index

- New PinnedRepos widget client-side fetches from
  gh-pinned-repos.egoist.dev (no auth, no build-time step) and renders
  the pinned repos for codeyogico in a small section above the footer.
- Matches the existing posts-list aesthetic: lowercase ## heading,
  dashed dividers, language + star count on the right, description below.
- Trims the whitespace the egoist.dev API leaves around scraped repo
  names and links, and silently renders nothing if the API is down or
  returns no repos.
