I'd like to work on this issue.

From what I understand, the goal is to improve the dashboard's loading performance without changing how it currently works.

I'll look into what's causing the unnecessary re-renders, optimize the initial load where possible, and make sure the required performance metrics are recorded so the improvements can be measured. I'll also make sure the existing functionality isn't affected by the changes.

Before opening a PR, I'll test the dashboard to confirm everything is still working as expected and that the performance improvements are noticeable.
