Resource Servers sometimes needs scopes for authorization purposes. Scopes live in Manage and currently the support engineers maintain the scopes. Scopes are requested by our institutions that have Resource Servers.
Do we want to introduce self-service for Scopes? This is quite easy to implement, and when scopes are deleted from Resource Servers in Access by institution admins, then it is also quite easy to clean not-used scopes in Manage periodically.
Or do we keep the current situation as in SP-dashboard, where scopes are out scope / not used.
