How do Patter users validate agent behavior before going live on a call?

Hi team,

Patter is an interesting one: voice agents on live phone calls are about as unforgiving an environment as agents get, zero tolerance for a bad response mid-call.

I'm building Sentragent, an open-source SDK that adversarially tests agents (prompt injection, contradictory instructions, edge-case inputs) before deployment framework-agnostic, works with Mastra.

Would love to understand how Patter users currently validate agent behavior before putting it on a live call, and whether pre-deployment scenario testing is a gap worth filling. Repo: github.com/Sentragent/sentragent-sdk
