[ISSUE] Ores still spawning in the overworld despite being disabled in the config

The title explains it. This happens in my pack

What happens:

I set B:enableOverworldOres=false in the core config, but the ores are still generating in the overworld

What you expected to happen:

ores not to generate in the overworld

Important Versions Info (Do not use "latest"):

• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 14.23.5.2855
• Exoplanets: 1.12.2-0.1.1-compatfix
• Galacticraft: 4.0.2.280
• Using a server: no
