Z-Index Issue. Add Task dropdown items goes behind the popup.

When I select "Add Task" and then "Category," the dropdown menu appears behind the popup. Additionally, there is an assign dropdown next to the category, but it is not showing a default or what it is; for that dropdown works correctly.
