Enhancement request for: /docs/platform/pricing #2961

Description

URL: /docs/platform/pricing

Requested enhancement:
We have multiple customer requests where they're confused about why their channel minutes are higher than their connection minutes. One of the examples is here - https://ably-real-time.slack.com/archives/C06EAB50ZJA/p1763026701061789?thread_ts=1762980937.438609&cid=C06EAB50ZJA

Channel minutes measure how long a channel remains active. A channel is considered active when at least one client is attached, or when messages are published via the REST API, even if no users are connected. If you’re publishing messages via REST, those publishes activate the channels and count toward channel minutes, but they don’t generate any connection minutes. Additionally, if a single client is attached to multiple channels, this increases channel minutes while still counting as just one active connection. Both of these factors can contribute to higher channel minutes than connection minutes.

Could we please clarify this explicitly in our docs?
