Translate modules in french

In this previous issue (#10717), a script was used to identify missing French translations. These were cases where a module already had a French translation, but the .po files were missing strings present in the corresponding .pot template files. It also included some general cleanup of the French translation files, such as formatting adjustments to ensure they matched the template files consistently. These changes are not yet part of the 29 release but will be once #10740 is merged.

Using a script provided by Dave, I identified the following modules that are still missing French translations. I will open a separate PR for each module excluding

1. configuration (currently being reworked by Montek)
2. dqt (soon deprecated and will be completely replaced by dataquery in the near future)
3. api_docs (everything present in the frontend is inside the schema.yml that I don't think/know we/how can translate using LORIS multi lingual design)

Please let me know if there is a way to translate api_docs.
