REL_2_STABLE: cherry-pick commit from main to REL_2_STALBE

I believe we have cherry-picked all the commits from main to REL_2_STABLE that were contributed before the PG16 kernel upgrade.

After upgrading to the PG16 kernel, there are still some important commits that need to be cherry-picked into REL_2_STABLE, such as support for Rocky Linux 10. We need to identify and apply these remaining commits to ensure compatibility with REL_2_STABLE (PG 14 kernel).

Yes, we definetly should move many of them to the main branch. Another option is to fix it once again, which is just waste the time
