Request: Per app filtering for blocking app calls in background

Right not there are Universal Firewall rules that allow to "Block any app not in use" and "Block all apps when device is locked" but these options are too broad to be actually useful. Most users don't want this applied to all apps, but to only some apps that make unnecessary background calls. Sure we can already achieve this by blocking internet access all together for that app and manually allow access when using it, but that's a lot of manual work to do each time. Being able to control which apps these settings are applied to would be an nice improvement.

"Bypass Universal" and "Bypass DNS and Firewall" per-app rules that can be set from in Configure -> Apps will mean those global / universal firewall rules won't apply to those specific apps.

Alternatively, "Isolate" per-app rule in Configure -> Apps exempts the app from ALL universal / global firewall rules.
