A little help with registering the service broker and making the service plan public.

In https://github.com/cloudfoundry-samples/github-service-broker-ruby/blob/master/README.md it says:

1. register the service broker with CF (instructions here)
2. make the service plan public (instructions here)

To make it a little easer on those of us that aren't connecting the dots, can you give examples that work within the context of your demo? The faster it is to bring your demo up, the more valuable it is. (i.e. Don't make me think. :-)
