Handle Chat Migration

[Axerios]

Hello, just to ask how can I handle 'migrate_to_chat_id'. Some of my groups migrated automatically to supergroup and the Chat Id remains the same on my database.

Hi think we can arrange something to handle it

Ok, I suppose that there isn't a way to do it yet, can be a great addon, thanks for the answer
