I am confused where to start from and how to create a project

Actually I am just starting the project and I am confused because when I cloned the repo, it is everything created before and when I created my own project I am totally blank how to do the things and also how to get the design from todomvc repo because there is no design for vanilla javascript, when I created new file on that existing project how i run the files in the existing project, kindly guide me so I started the project. I shall be very thankful to you if you giude me on this problem.

The code in the repo is the finished project you can run on your computer and read to understand. ✅
The project you create to follow the tutorial from scratch is empty. 📁

What is confusing about this? 💭

Imagine someone has spent the time to do the homework and is giving you the finished work and you can copy from it or do the homework yourself.
Where do you start? A blank page, right? 📋

but what about the dependencies and how to get the todomvc design because when i tried, it gives me the whole repo and i dont know how to use it, and also i dont know how to use the elmish in my project

i still don't understand where to start on this project ... please help.
