What article on docs.github.com is affected?

https://docs.github.com/en/actions/how-tos/manage-runners/use-actions-runner-controller/authenticate-to-the-api

What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

The document current cover the following authentication methods:

  1. Organization account + GitHub App
  2. Personal account + PAT (classic)
  3. Personal account + PAT (fine grant)
  4. Vault secret

For 1, the Registering a GitHub App document explicitly mention the GitHub App can be created in both Personal and Organization account. Additionally, ARC itself works using GitHub App regardless of GitHub App owning account type (Personal / Organization).

Suggest to update the section of 1 to not to limit the installation on organization account only.
