Using the migrator role via team

Hi,

I'm getting a "CreateMigrationSource" when testing migration via Migrator role assigned to a TEAM. I've double-checked the team memberships, pats / scopes, and options. If I repeat the same test and simply add org admin scope to dest PAT, it works. Would like to get the migrator role working so we can make this a self-service process for our users.
