Add options for PINN (NOOBS for Pi)

On my Pi 4 I want to boot multiple images:

Raspberry Pi OS 64-bit,
FullPageOS (for TVS99),
LibreELEC (Kodi)
Batocera

You can do a multi-boot different OSs through PINN: https://github.com/procount/pinn/

Unfortunately right now there is no PINN installation option for FullPageOS. Would love to be able to dual boot.

EDIT: Info on manually installing OS - cannot use .img, has to use tar.xz:
