[Feature Request] Show span links from the producer side too

Span links are now displayed in the trace viewer as of #2463, but it only works from the consumer side.

I'd like to have similar functionality in the other direction, starting from a producer span and seeing the consumer spans that link to it.

Hi @drewhammond and @pulpdrew, I’ve opened PR #2868 to fix this.

Approach:

• Added SpansReverseLinksSubpanel, which scans rows in the same trace for spans whose __hdx_span_links reference the current span, reusing the existing SpanLinksSubpanel for rendering.
• Wired it into DBRowOverviewPanel as a new Referenced By accordion section, shown only when reverse links exist.
• Threaded allTraceRows from DBTracePanel (where the trace’s full span list is already fetched for the waterfall chart) through SpanDetailPanel into RowOverviewPanel, so reverse links are resolved against the full trace rather than just the selected span.
• Added unit tests covering empty data, missing links, and multiple matching spans.
