Turkish translation for the 4th edition

I use the 4th_edition branch and currently finished until the 4th section and will be continuing to work on it.

Hi there, just wanted to give a heads up regarding the situation!

It's been a while, I've went through an unfortunate attempt of looking for jobs(still unemployed) and life struck. This is the reason of delay.
I'll finish the book in this month, I'm already halfway through it and don't want to delay it further.
