Missing definitions of PR_ATTACH_FLAGS, ATT_INVISIBLE_IN_HTML, and ATT_INVISIBLE_IN_RTF

Could you add PR_ATTACH_FLAGS, ATT_INVISIBLE_IN_HTML, and ATT_INVISIBLE_IN_RTF to the tag header? They're documented here. I'd do a pull request but I don't think I'd get it right.
