fix(frontend): fix bugs in the custom emoji manager (beta) - #18062
Pass uri and publicUrl to the Remote tab's list so the columns are no longer empty
Convert the Local tab's sensitive / localOnly conditions with === 'true' so filtering by false works
Keep the search window's sort order in the search query so it matches the list, and make reset also clear the roles and sort order
Open the sort order section of the search window by default when a sort order is set
Reset the page number to 1 when the number of items per page changes, too (Local and Remote)
Keep deleted emojis in the list, shown faded with a strikethrough (the list is not reloaded so unsaved edits are kept, and deleted rows can no longer be edited)
The search window's sort order was reset to empty every time it opened, and reset didn't tell the list about it
The page number only went back when the search conditions changed, so increasing the number of items per page fetched an out-of-range page and the pager disappeared, leaving no way back
The list wasn't refreshed after deleting, so deleted emojis still appeared
- Fix the uri and publicUrl columns being empty in the remote emoji list
- Fix filtering by false for the sensitive / localOnly conditions not working
- Fix the search window's sort order not matching the list, and reset not clearing the roles and sort order
- Open the sort order section of the search window when a sort order is set
- Fix the list becoming empty with an out-of-range page after changing the number of items per page
- Fix the list not being refreshed after deleting emojis (misskey-dev#16015)

Reloading the list after deleting discarded unsaved edits on other rows,
and deleting every row on the last page left an empty list without a pager.
Deleted rows now stay in the list, shown faded with a strikethrough, and
no longer accept edits.

Deleted rows can no longer be edited, so a validation error left on one
kept the Update button disabled for the other rows. Validation errors on
deleted rows no longer affect the Update button or the row background.

I'd like to ask about the direction for handling deleted rows.
Because of the following MkGrid limitations, this PR handles it on the page side.
Editability can only be set per column, so writes to deleted rows are ignored separately at each place (the cell value change event, custom value editors, delete and mark-as-delete-target actions)
Row styles are only re-evaluated when a cell value changes, so the deleted rows are unchecked to trigger it
Validation results also include deleted rows, so they are excluded separately when deciding whether the Update button is enabled and when coloring rows
validators.unique() also compares against deleted rows, so renaming an emoji to the name of a deleted one shows a duplicate error until the list is reloaded
How about adding features like these to MkGrid and replacing this PR's workaround with them? If that sounds good, I'd like to do it in a separate PR.
