Codex is hijacking right-click in Terminal in at least MacOS

[edgework]

My right-click menu used to have a bunch of useful stuff in services. Now you are preventing me from accessing that menu. Why? Please stop. While I'm here, the whole thing about needing to now press the arrow key to see what the agent is asking me is dumb. Why is that better than just printing the question? We're slipping into the phase of a product where you're adding too much and making it worse.
