Colors of phosphorjs box

I forgot to post the result of the bikeshedding discussion at Strata with @jdfreder :)

• use a light gray for the "phosphorjs" box on the right.
• then use the same green for the phosphor logo as for the text on light background.
• use the same darker gray for the horizontal line separating the header from the document.
