Using Docker

We provide a docker image as a stable environment to facilitate reproducible tests.

The image supports rootless Docker (the root user inside the container is mapped to the running user on the host to avoid permission issues).

Using the image locally

cd 2026_paper_code
docker compose -f docker/docker-compose.yml build
docker compose -f docker/docker-compose.yml run --rm dev

The project directory is mounted at /data inside the container. The conda environment is baked into the image at /opt/env/ and already on PATH.

For rootless Podman, replace docker compose with podman-compose.
