docs: remove the Videos page
Remove evm/videos.mdx, its nav group in the EVM tab, and the five Info callouts that link to it. Redirect /evm/videos to /evm, so old links still resolve. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

The distribution precompile gives EVM access to the Cosmos SDK distribution module. Smart contracts can use it to manage staking rewards, validator commissions, and withdrawal addresses. DeFi dApps that need to handle staking rewards programmatically depend on this precompile.

The Sei staking precompile lets EVM applications interact directly with the Sei native staking module through standard smart contract calls. Your dApps can use it for delegation, undelegation, redelegation, validator management, and staking queries. They do not need a separate Cosmos SDK integration.
