Improve error handling opening books with duplicate verses

When I had duplicate verses in my book, the Interlinear was not able to open it. It may be helpful to give some sort of error indication but it would be good if the interlinear could open anyway. Correcting the duplicate verse errors allowed me to open the Interlinear on the text.
