Become a sponsor to OmniLink
What you're sponsoring
OmniSim is a robot simulator forked from Webots and being rebuilt for an
era when AI agents write the robot code, not just the humans.
Apache 2.0, MIT-friendly toolchain, agent-first ergonomics — every API,
error message, and doc page is shaped so Claude Code, Codex, and the
next generation of coding agents can drive it.
Why sponsor
Webots has 25 years of physics, controllers, and proto libraries behind
it. We're keeping that lineage, throwing out the human-GUI assumptions,
and turning it into the simulator that the agent-driven robotics stack
will be built on top of.
This is full-time work. Sponsorships pay for the engine migration and the
agent-bridge maintenance burden. Every sponsor is named in the repo
(unless you'd rather stay private), and partner-tier sponsors get
logo placement and roadmap input.
What we won't do
- No paid tiers of the simulator itself. OmniSim is Apache 2.0,
forever. The trademark is protected; the code is not. - No sponsor-gated features. If something works for partners, it
works for everyone.
