Prerequisites: 
1. Apple ID and password
2. Apple Developer Account
3. XCode

Steps:
1. Create Team Provisioning Profile (https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/IDEs/Conceptual/AppStoreDistributionTutorial/CreatingYourTeamProvisioningProfile/CreatingYourTeamProvisioningProfile.html) 
2. Add your Account to Xcode (https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/IDEs/Conceptual/AppStoreDistributionTutorial/AddingYourAccounttoXcode/AddingYourAccounttoXcode.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40013839-CH40-SW1)
3. In XCode, open and build the app (ios/phonegap/dBTELL.xcodeproj) from the git repo and run it on the connected device. 

Note:
- Make sure the relevant provisioning profile is chosen if XCode has more than one
- After making any changes,'clean' the project before running it
