[BUG]: When my service is fail after eventing sqs, message is keeping injection to my service

Description

I tested my service, so when the service is fail after eventing sqs source, sqs message is continuosly injection to my service
Im using autoscaling per concurrency, it makes my pod be autoscaled
how to control sqs source like when raise errors, it just do logging.. I don't need autoscale my service when raise error in my pod.. i wanna stop triggering
