Unable to receive activation/password reset email from users.deepcell.org

Hello,

I created a new account on https://users.deepcell.org using a Gmail address.

After registration, I never received any activation email.
I also tried the "Forgot password" option. The website says that the email has been sent, but I still do not receive any email, including in my spam folder.

As a result, I cannot log in or obtain a DEEPCELL_ACCESS_TOKEN to use CellSAM.

Could you please check whether there is an issue with my account or the email system?

I understand that the mail logs need to be checked on the server side.

As an end user, I do not have access to those logs.
Could someone from the DeepCell team please verify whether my account was created successfully and whether the activation/password reset emails were actually sent?

It seems this issue is on the users.deepcell.org account service rather than CellSAM itself.

Could a DeepCell maintainer please check my account on the server side?
I can provide my registered email address through a private channel if needed.
