Can't loot the item 9 times out of 10.

Loot a serpentbloom object, you will have the loot window open can click it, and then you won't receive the item in your inventory and the object will disappear. Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't.

Expected behavior

Should be given loot from looting an object like other objects 100% of the time if the loot window is opened and you click the loot.

Don't know if this is related, but I get the following errors in the server log when I try to loot serpentbloom:

ERROR: Gameobject (Entry: 13891 Guid: 90548) have invalid faction (faction template id) #0
ERROR: Gameobject (Entry: 13891 Guid: 90546) have invalid faction (faction template id) #0
ERROR: Gameobject (Entry: 13891 Guid: 90538) have invalid faction (faction template id) #0

ALL mining/herb nodes also give this error
