Web client defocuses after judgment click

I am trying to use the web client at https://doublecheck.wikiloop.org/review . When I click "Should Revert", "Not Sure", or "Looks Good" (or press the hot key), it defocuses in such a way that I cannot unclick or click it again, even after pressing next to go to a different diff. This means that I have to reload the page every time I want to review an article.

Same issue here but on Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview, on Google and Brave, I made a screenshot of the errors and copied the text:
