Adds a how-to guide under Guides → Business Use Cases for building a scheduled WSO2 Integrator automation that reads approved leave from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Time Off connector) and creates a matching out-of-office event on Google Calendar.

Screen.Recording.2026-10-01.at.06.56.01.mov

Follows the same structure as the existing SAP B1 low-stock guide: architecture diagram, prerequisites, Visual Designer / Ballerina Code tabs, run-and-verify, what's next.

What's included

Port note

Port of #697 (main) / #706 (5.1.x) to wso2-integrator:

  • Placed under Business Use Cases next to the SAP Business One guide, with the slug / card_* frontmatter the guides catalog needs (sidebar is autogenerated, so no sidebars.ts change)
  • Links remapped to this branch's structure: deploy-and-run/..., develop-and-test/..., editor/canvases/flow-canvas/node-palette.md, editor/panels/expression-panel.md, and a single get-started/setup/setup.md prerequisite
  • All images are new files in a new directory (en/static/img/guides/usecases/sf-ec-leave-to-google-calendar-sync/); nothing existing is replaced
  • The prerequisites link to the SAP SuccessFactors Time Off connector setup guide, which arrives on the connectors site with Add SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central connector catalog docs (wso2-connectors) #734

Port of wso2#697 to the wso2-integrator branch: placed under Guides > Business Use Cases with catalog card frontmatter, links remapped to the deploy-and-run, develop-and-test, editor, and get-started sections.
