feat(lab-10): Terraform for the VPS, firewall, and DNS - #11

- envs/local: Docker provider creates the lab 09 fake VPS (image, volumes, container) and writes an Ansible inventory; full plan -> apply -> Ansible -> destroy workflow for free
- envs/digitalocean: droplet (sgp1, s-2vcpu-4gb), SSH key, reserved IP, cloud firewall, DNS zone with apex and wildcard records, generated production inventory; token from DIGITALOCEAN_TOKEN only
- Remote state example for DigitalOcean Spaces; lock files with macOS and Linux checksums
- CI: terraform fmt + validate for both environments (never applies)
- Lab 10 guide and knowledge base; roadmap and Ansible docs updated
