Add MaskFlow PII masking guardrail

Adds a docs page for MaskFlow to the guardrails section, plus the sidebar entry after pii_masking_v2.

maskflow-litellm is a pip-installable custom guardrail (maskflow_litellm.MaskflowGuardrail) that masks PII before a request reaches the model provider and restores it in the response, with streaming and tool calls handled. It runs the MaskFlow detection engine in-process, so there is no separate service and no outbound call to a detection API. Coverage includes the Indian identifiers that most PII tooling misses (Aadhaar, PAN, GSTIN, UPI VPA, IFSC, ABHA, Indian names and addresses) alongside the usual email, phone, and card numbers. MIT licensed.

The page follows the structure of the other guardrail pages (Quick Start with numbered steps, tabbed request examples, a supported-parameters table, supported modes, further reading). npm run build and npm run lint:writing both pass locally.

Hi! Friendly ping on this one. I rebased it onto the latest main; the only conflict was the sidebar, which I re-added after pii_masking_v2. The PR adds one guardrail page (docs/proxy/guardrails/maskflow.md) plus that sidebar line. maskflow-litellm is on PyPI and runs in-process as a custom guardrail. Happy to adjust the page, or add a sidebar icon in the newer customProps format, if you'd prefer. Thanks!
