You generally will need the excellent uv so that you don't need to fight virtualenv and such.
- cdn2cci - A script to convert CDN zip files into a single CCI file you can import
- cia2cci - A script to convert encrypted CIA files from hShop to decrypted CCI files
- nsp_combiner - A script to combine multiple NSP files into a single file
