Investigate relation between price and size

To add some analysis on top of the pure visualization we should investigate the relation between price and size, i.e. how does the average price change as the total area changes?

the visualization would be a lot more useful if you could sort it by flat-size, because that usually changes the price significantly (maybe even more than the location)
