It would be nice to allow the user to filter the data, e.g. set a minimum average price or a maximum area (see #1). In the UI this could be done by adding min- and max-sliders on top of the existing colorbar.
Note that this would just affect the markers, since the heatmap is a static image. Could be interesting nevertheless.
