The monorepo consolidation spec now lives in
dimo-monorepo(DIMO-Network/dimo-monorepo#38). This replaces the copy here with a pointer so the two copies don't drift apart. The per-phase plans stay here.Docs only. Opened as a PR rather than pushed to
