Resubmission of #23333. The original PR was closed because a review-fix commit was accidentally pushed under another contributor's identity — I had wrongly copied the upstream base commit's author into the repo-local git config (apologies again to magazian and TonyRL for the confusion). This PR is a fresh branch off the latest master with a single commit under my correct identity, incorporates all review feedback from #23333 (limit passed through as string; publishTime / attachFormat typed as string), and now contains only the szse route file.

Adds a route for the Shenzhen Stock Exchange public REITs disclosure platform (reits.szse.cn), which currently has no feed coverage under the szse namespace.

Data source: official JSON API https://reits.szse.cn/api/disc/info/find/tannInfo?type=4&pageSize=50&pageNum=1&plateFlag=szse (found in the platform's frontend JS; type=4 selects REITs announcements; the same component serves fund announcements with type=2). No anti-bot measures observed.

Item link: human-readable detail page https://reits.szse.cn/disclosure/notice/index.html?<id>, extracted from the platform's own table template.

Enclosure: the announcement PDF (attachPath joined with disc.static.szse.cn), application/pdf.

pubDate: from publishTime (YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss), parsed with parseDate and normalized to UTC+8 via timezone(..., 8); platform publishes dates at 00:00:00 CST (verified: all publishTime time-parts are 00:00:00).

category: security code and short name (e.g. 180203, 招商高速公路REIT).

The pageSize query passed to the upstream API carries RSSHub's limit common parameter (first page only); it is an API-required request field, not exposed pagination.

Hi @TonyRL, I'd like to respectfully ask you to reconsider the vouch denounce entry for weixshaw (added after #23333).

What happened: while pushing review fixes, I mistakenly set the repo-local git identity to the author of the upstream base commit (magazian's noreply email). It was a config blunder on a fresh clone — I did not notice the user.name/user.email until you pointed it out. It was never an attempt to impersonate anyone, and I have no prior issues in this repo.

What I've done since: apologized to magazian and to you, force-pushed corrected authorship the same day, and documented everything in #23333. Today's resubmission attempts (#23544, #23545) were closed automatically before any human review.

These are two working, tested routes (REITs disclosures for SSE and SZSE) that I use myself. I'd be grateful if you could re-examine the entry, and I'm happy to provide any further verification you need.
