… buggy chart lookup findChartCommentState -> findChartCommentStateBuggyChartIdLookup (PINNED-BUGS R-M2). comment-states-lookup.test.ts now runs the real functions: its target_id cases belong to findKpiCommentState (expected values unchanged).
