Dataset identifiers could support wild cards

For example an issue applies to all datasets at time frequencies A, B & C for variable X have an issue.

So on a project by project basis, certain DRS fields should support wildcards.

Versions might be an issue at the end of dataset ids. We could assume the issue regards the latest versions, or all the past versions.
