git commit --no-verify -F- <<'EOF' [FIX] l10n_br_coa_eiras: impostos dedutíveis e retidos com -100% Os impostos dedutíveis e retidos eram criados com +100% nas linhas de distribuição porque o módulo não trazia os registros de l10n_br_coa.account.tax.group.account.template, que é o gatilho usado pelo l10n_br_coa para inverter o sinal do fator. - adiciona o CSV de grupos de imposto do plano de contas Eiras; - ajusta o fator da linha de reembolso mesmo sem conta mapeada, contornando a guarda "if refund_account_id" do l10n_br_coa; - migração 16.0.1.1.0 corrige os impostos já criados na base.
