Default change — pane frames become title-only: v0.45.0 replaces the full pane border with a single title line above each pane by default. You have no pane_frame_style setting in zellij/.config/zellij/config.kdl, and you actively bind TogglePaneFrames (zellij/.config/zellij/config.kdl:25), so the frame appearance you toggle to will change on upgrade. To keep the previous full-border look, add: pane_frame_style "full"

Default change — stacked panes render as a list: you create stacked panes via NewPane "stacked" (zellij/.config/zellij/config.kdl:23). These now default to a one-line-per-pane list with the expanded pane pinned to the bottom, instead of the previous in-place stacked rendering. To restore the old behavior, add: stacked_pane_list false

tmux 3.7b → 3.7c is a bug-fix-only release (jemalloc build fix, scrollbar init fix for floating panes, internal timer-check change, message-format default reverted to message-style) — none of it touches anything set in tmux/.config/tmux/tmux.conf, so no findings to report.
