Add home page and some descriptions and whatnot

Requires re-evaluating the site. Probably will become github for decks. Then we can become the supreme database, finding what cards are in a deck, which are removed and which are added etc. Better insights on what cards are doing work for a deck.

This is a product-direction item rather than a buildable page request. Please decide the first release goal: a landing page for the existing app, public deck sharing, or a deck database. The chosen goal can then be split into smaller issues.
