Download link is broken

Describe the bug
The download link for Windows x64 redirects back to github, and fails to download the client.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://github.com/Legcord/Legacy
2. Click on "64-bit download" under Windows 7/8/8.1
3. Hyper link takes you back to "[https://github.com/Legcord/Legacy/blob/dev"]

Expected behavior
The download of the x64 bit legacy client should begin.

Additional context
Tested on both Firefox and Chromium browsers

I'm not sure I'd call it dead, the client still currently functions on legacy OS's. I think it's just not getting active development anymore. It's on my todo-list to ping the main github release for the current version about this and see if I can bring some attention to it.
