Changes the build dependencies to use cURL to download the latest stable release from our releases instead of cloning the repository with git which provides users with a stable build to build from instead of the very latest commit from the main branch which may not yet be truly ready for a stable release.

Power users that want nightlies or the very latest code can figure out for themselves how to do this I feel like, so for the users that need the simple instructions of the build wizard, having the download be the latest stable release makes more sense. This also matches the install instructions which implies you download the stable source and then tells you to follow the build guide below but then the build guide actually has you git clone the main branch and install from that.
