The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the upstream star history service is subject to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Switch the chart to a working alternative that does not require an API token.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the upstream service is subject to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This change points the chart at a working alternative that requires no API token, so the chart renders reliably again.
